Facility

     Our facility, is centrally located in Northwestern Ohio.  We are in a new industrial park at the juncture of US 23, US 75 and US 80-90 (Ohio Turnpike).  We are located on over 3 acres of land and our buildings exceed 65,000 sq. ft. of space.  We are situated on a 4 lane highway.  Our daily traffic count exceeds 50,000 cars and access to our facility is through a card entry gate only.  We are able to offer isolated storage in individual locked compartments for specialized or delicate equipment. This allows maximal flexibility to handle customer equipment safely and profitably.  Our computer system is fully networked and can be operated from any one of eight terminals. Our library of telephony documentation has been compiled over a 15 year period and is focused both on central office and customer premise equipment. Our technical service area has two full time technicians and a full array of test equipment, including central office simulators and customer premise test equipment, featuring Proctor and Protel as well as Hewlett Packard, Tel-Tronics and Western Electric.

     Our primary mission is customer satisfaction in the areas of manufacturing, distribution and refurbishing of wireline and wireless products, alike.

Order Processing

     Our system allows us to process many grades of equipment from scrap to finished goods.  Our customer base includes 580 companies in the US , including several in the Fortune 100.  The majority of our clients have done business with us for a long period of time and several have been approved for credit limits up to $100,000.

Customer Care

     In that we process orders from several large regulated companies, we have learned to become flexible to the changing needs of the customer base. This includes not only material we purchase and manufacture, but material we are asked to remanufacture.  Remanufacturing is done both onsite and under contract with internal quality control.  The evolving telecom industry creates opportunities that are ever changing in the Asset arena. Flexibility, allowing our vendors and customers to change over time, keeps our firm consistently pleasing new vendors and customers.  Over the last 6 months our customer complaints have been less than 1.4%.
